Through ongoing project management we work hand in hand with our suppliers to ensure on time delivery of quality product and successful client handover.

SupplyE are well versed in all aspects of Quality Control and Project Specification requirements. As a matter of routine, inspection and testing, manufacturing procedures, documentation control are performed in order to produce end of Project Material Data Books and Records.  

We utilise reverse engineering concepts to assist our clients with their challenges. Once sufficient data has been retrieved and collated new manufacturing drawings, specifications and procedures can be produced facilitating substantial future cost and time savings.  

SupplyE have Drafting engineers who can design and draw the blueprints needed to bring new concepts and products to life. We can prepare detailed technical drawings and isometric drawings and are well versed in drafting Technology. This includes computer-aided drafting (CAD), AutoCAD, Solidworks, F.E.A. and others.

Our team of Engineers and scientists have more than 150 combined years of experience with the knowledge to offer assistance in situations when clients are looking to enhance the performance of existing products by introducing new materials and formulations that have the ability to deliver a superior performance with greater life expectancy and subsequent reduction of the life cycle costings.

The supply of prototypes produced using a range of techniques is used to prove concepts as fit for purpose prior to full scale production.

The use of materials testing allows us to investigate component failures and point the ongoing development in the right direction. This testing covers the entire spectrum from chemical analysis, environmental testing through to mechanical properties. Materials testing is an intrinsic component in our R&D functions. Our independent status allows us to source the most suitable, economic testing programme.
