Polymer Maintenance Products
These are two pack epoxy and polyurethane premeasured kits for repairing worn plant and equipment. The small size of the kits, around 1 kg, makes them economical and also reduces wastage.
Premeasured Kits
Epoxy ceramic putty: suitable for refurbishment of worn pumps, valves and other equipment.
Epoxy ceramic brushable: used to give a smooth wear resistant finish to the internal working surfaces of pumps and valves.
HD wear resistant putty: Larger ceramic size allows greater thickness coating for more arduous applications. 3kg or larger kits are available
Epoxy adhesive: Suitable for bonding a diverse range of materials such as ceramic tiles, rubber, metals and fibreglass to each other.
FC grout: fast cure grout for fixing bolts and rails to concrete.
Laminating resin: Epoxy resin system available in slow and fast cure speeds
Trowellable polyurethane elastomer: for repairs to rubber and other flexible products.
We are also capable of packing kits complete with tools for specific applications such as alumina ceramic tile/epoxy resin for wear protection or epoxy laminating resin with oven or chopped glass mats. These kits can be made up to suit a specific application or standard size kits can be stocked.

POLYURETHANE FOAM (PUF)
Polyurethane foam is available in a range of hardness and densities. They are used in a myriad of applications typically thermal insulation, flotation equipment, packaging, surf boards and upholstery.
PUF is a two pack system which is available in small,1 kg kits, through to 40 kg kits.
